Uni-ball ZENTO Standard 0.38 mm Water-Based Pen (Cloud)

The Uni-ball ZENTO Standard 0.38 is a water-based rollerball pen designed to provide a particularly smooth and gentle writing experience. Its newly developed ZENTO ink reduces friction between the ball and the paper, allowing the pen to move easily across the page without requiring additional pressure.

The ink contains a POA surfactant that acts as a cushion at the pen tip. According to Mitsubishi Pencil, this reduces writing friction by approximately 40% compared with its conventional water-based inks. Special attraction particles also help keep the ink together, limiting feathering and show-through while producing clean, consistent lines.

The Standard model features a long rubber grip extending towards the tip for a comfortable and stable hold. Its minimalist Cloud-coloured body is made partly from recycled materials and contains black ink. The precise 0.38 mm tipis particularly suitable for small handwriting, detailed notes and compact planner layouts.

Use it for everyday writing, meeting notes, journaling, studying or adding detailed entries to a planner. The fine 0.38 mm tip works especially well for compact handwriting and precise annotations.
