Returns policy
Important Note:Please contact us as soon as possible before returning your order. This will help ensure that the process runs smoothly.
A. If you live in the European Union, you have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (initial cost of goods + standard shipping) if you are a private individual (i.e. not a company or independent).
B. We regret that we are unable to accept returns:
1. from outside of the European Union, due to the fact that the goods will have to clear customs again on re-entering the European Union. Please contact us before purchasing if you need more information on a product, we will be happy to help you make the right decision.
2. for custom, special and pre-orders, since the item(s) will have been reserved, ordered and/or made specifically for the customer. We recommend contacting us before ordering, we will be happy to help you make the right decision. We do not accept cancellations for preorders.
3. of goods which have been used, marked, waxed or any other act that means that they are no longer new and unused.
4. that are for goods or services not purchased from our store (www.nomadostore.com). Goods sent to us, which were not purchased from our store, will be held for 10 days and then donated to charity if the sender has not collected them.
Note: we are a small company (not a giant like Amazon!), despite having limited human resources we do our utmost to offer the best possible customer service. We would rather spend 30 minutes with you on the phone or by e-mail answering your questions and helping you choose the perfect item than spend the same amount of time handling a returned order.
