Shinzi Katoh Banana Paper Washi Tape – Chatting Rabbit

A charming and more sustainable decorative tape from Shinzi Katoh, featuring a playful collection of little rabbits.

The Chatting Rabbit design is printed on banana paper, a distinctive paper made using fibres recovered from banana plants in Zambia. Usually discarded after harvesting, the banana stems are given a new purpose and combined with recycled or certified pulp to create a beautifully textured paper.

The warm, natural character of the paper works particularly well with Shinzi Katoh’s gentle rabbit illustrations. Easy to tear by hand and reposition, this tape is lovely for decorating journals and planners, wrapping small gifts, embellishing cards or adding a playful detail to everyday stationery.
