.Urukust x Nomado Store Pen Case (Dark brown)

The .Urukust STO-01 Organizer is one of our all-time favourite products. After collaborating with .Urukust on the Small version, we decided to start thinking about another spin-off design we could launch for our 5th Anniversary.

We've always felt that the .Urukust Organizer concept would work well for fountain pens, so Charles sent Tsuchihara-san a rough sketch of the new Pen Case. .Urukust agreed to work with us on the project.

The Pen Case is made from the same materials, in the same colours and based on the same concept as the Organizers, but some 50% narrower than the Small Organizer.

Compact and lightweight, it is large enough for 3 of your favourite fountain pens.

It includes a central pen loop that splits the interior into 3 pen compartments. Thanks to the clever folded construction, the case will stretch to accommodate more pens than you might expect and also protect them from shocks.

With the flap closed, the Pen Case looks tasteful and discreet in a minimalistic way and is a comfortable size to carry in the hand or pocket.

.Urukust have specified the same gorgeous leathers as for the Organizers : black, nude, brown, dark brown and oak.

Truly exceptionally well made and very cleverly designed, this pen case will give you many satisfying years of use and enjoyment.

Note: due to the fact that there is a smooth rivet in the central pen loop, we recommend storing pens with delicate finishes in the 2 side compartments rather than the central one.

Materials:

Steer oiled leather
This leather is tanned using vegetable tannins, a method rarely used in Japan. .URUKUST original leather is produced after extensive discussions with tanners. Japanese raw hides are used, giving it the perfect elasticity and smoothness. Treated with light oils, it is lightweight yet gives off an elegant luster with use.

Vachetta leather
The leather is hand-processed using traditional methods that have been passed down in Tuscany, Italy, for generations. The cowhide is tanned with vegetable tannins and treated with vegetable oils. Its high fiber density offers a soft and smooth texture. It melts against your hands and the luster increases with use.

About .Urukust leather:
All of their leather is natural. As a result, it has varying textures and may have slight blemishes, unevenness of color, or wrinkles.

Product Care:
All leather used in their products is processed without pigments in order to feature the genuine leather's character, without hiding natural blemishes and color variation.
Please note that it tends to stain with water or sweat and may discolor. When it comes into contact with water, wipe it off with a dry, soft cloth immediately and air dry. When a water stain lingers, wet a soft cloth, wring out excess moisture, and gently wipe around the stain to make it less noticeable.
Minor scratches will become unnoticeable with use. You can apply an appropriate amount of leather cream if you like. It's not necessary to apply excessive oil since our leather already contains plenty. Only when the surface looks dry, apply leather cream. Wiping it off with a dry, soft cloth is sufficient as daily maintenance.
