    The Kyoku Haku Memories Zippered Notebook Cover combines Taiwanese textile craftsmanship with a practical design for carrying your favourite notebook and stationery accessories.

    Inspired by the cultural heritage of the Siraya people of Taiwan, the woven pattern draws on the symbolism of water and flowing lines. Based on fieldwork in Tainan's Kabusua community, the design represents the role of women in protecting family and cultural traditions, with ripples and interwoven lines evoking the transmission of memories across generations.

    The fabric incorporates yarn made with recycled oyster shells, transforming a natural by-product into a textile material with a distinctive texture.

    How to use

    Designed to accommodate a Traveler's Notebook Regular Size, this zippered organiser keeps your journal and writing essentials together.

    The interior includes a dedicated notebook pocket, two pen slots and additional storage for small accessories. A separate compartment can hold a smartphone or compact watercolour supplies, while the zippered pocket provides space for stickers, clips and other journaling essentials.
