AÖ (碧) : “blue-green” in Japanese.
Nomado Store and Sachiyo Honda invite you to discover the magic of colours through a Japanese painting workshop.
Japanese painting is a technique that uses specific natural materials cultivated in Japan since ancient times. You’ll learn how to use natural Japanese pigments to create colours and produce a Japanese-style painting.
These pigments are specially imported from the Uji region (near Kyoto) by Nomado Store and are available in our shop.
Using these pigments, you will be able to create a wide range of subtle colours; layering them will allow for delicate artistic expression. Why not try this new form of expression for yourself?
The workshop is open to everyone; no prior experience or artistic knowledge is required.
