SHIPPING ZONES & PRICING

We ship worldwide from Belgium by FEDEX or Belgian Post. 

We are currently not shipping to Russia, Belarus or the Ukraine.

All shipments are trackable and insured.

We ship mainly by Fedex International Priority or Economy, we do not use Fedex "Ground" in the USA. Exceptionally, some international orders may be sent by Belgian Post (tracked & insured) for practical reasons (size/volume/weight).

We also offer an optional "Economy Mail" service to France andGermany for smaller orders such as notebook inserts, pen refills, etc. Please note that "Economy Mail" ships by Belgian Post and delivery times are longer.

We try to ship all orders within 24 hours on workdays, we will inform you of any unforeseen delays if applicable. Shown shipping times are for your information only and include customs clearance where relevant.

You can calculate exact shipping costs for your order in the shopping cart.

Shipping is calculated by price rather than weight for practical reasons. This has 2 advantages:

- You get free shipping above a certain order value depending on your region.

- Shipping cost is a flat rate, which means that you pay the same amount, whether you are buying 1 or more items.

Important note: Customs-related costs such as import duties and related administrative costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer.Refusal to pay mandatory import duties and other costs leading to the shipment being returned to us will be at the buyer's expense. We will refund the order to the customer when it arrives minus any expenses we have had to cover due to their non-compliance, including shipping to their country, return shipping costs and any related administrative costs. 

Customers are responsible for receiving or collecting their packages and for ensuring that we have their correct and complete shipping address and contact information. We will not refund shipping costs including return shipping costs if these conditions are not respected.

Prices for shipping within the European Union include 21% Belgian VAT.

Please note that we are unable to ship to PO Box addresses, including U.S. Armed Forces.
