Artisan and Artist

Founder and designer of ARTISAN&ARTIST photographer Seiichiro Hangui, called on the expertise of professional photographers expertise to create the tools these artists need. Out of these collaborations, between groups of professionals, emerged a world of sophisticated beauty which took the name of ARTISAN&ARTIST in 1991.

Made in Japan, their products are characterised by a high level of craftsmanship and a strong artistic sensitivity, which they want to share with their customers.

A&A designs are very practical and well thought out, including from an aesthetic perspective. We use their straps and pouches ourselves with Digital Leica M, Fuji XF, Nikon DSLRs and vintage Hasselblad cameras.
